TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

Provides loss control consulting and training on confined space entry and rescue, trenching/excavation, respirator use, fire protection activities, and other life safety/technical rescue areas. Well versed in writing standard operating procedures and policies regarding these areas of expertise, along with emergency response activities and protective clothing/equipment requirements.

Currently serving as First Lieutenant and Training Officer for a municipal, full-service, department in the Chicago-land area. Cross-trained and functioning as a state certified Police Officer and Firefighter. Served as both an instructor and the Director of the Technical Rescue Program for the Arlington Fire Academy.

Assisted OSHA in the numerous accident investigations relating to trenching compliance and provided technical information relating to the manufacture of protective systems for excavations.
