Accidents and medical emergencies can occur in all work settings and in all aspects of our lives. Frequently, the first personnel that arrive on the scene of these accidents are fellow employees. In view of these facts, many organizations train and equip their employees as first responders.

START Group offers the following comprehensive training and loss control packages in automatic external defibrillator (AED) and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR):

  • Evaluation of Current Level of Compliance - Completion of a site review of your organization’s equipment and policies regarding AED authorization, use, storage, maintenance, and recordkeeping . In order to assist with policy and procedure development, formal written recommendations will be made regarding areas that need improvement.
  • Regulatory Classroom and Manipulative Skills Training Session– Completion of a turn-key, classroom, and skills training session informing all participants of the critical aspects of AED and CPR (utilizing the American Heart Association curriculum).
