About the Director: Michael Kelly is retired as a fire department Battalion Chief (after 30 years of service) where he served as the Training Officer, Equipment Coordinator, and Technical Rescue Coordinator. He worked extensively as a Certification Specialist for the State Fire Marshal, is a member of the State Fire Marshal Ad Hoc Committee for developing technical rescue certification and curriculum. Michael has spoken nationally regarding emergency responders, and was selected to the Federal Highway Committee in 2005.
